We offer Olson blades ranging from 1/8” to 1/2” in width, each made of 0.025” thick high-carbon steel with precision-ground teeth. The narrower blades have a regular tooth pattern for fine cuts in a wide range of materials. The two larger blades have hook teeth for a more aggressive cut and better chip clearance.
The Wood Slicer blades are special resaw-only blades made of carbon-manganese spring steel. Although thinner than regular blades, they have twice the tensile strength of conventional bandsaw blades. Their 3-4 tpi variable tooth-pitch design reduces vibration, so the blade tracks better and cuts more quietly.
