Store pick-up orders are verified and processed during the storeās business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a store pick-up notification email. During business hours, you should receive this email within 2 hours of placing your order.

Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 3 months* either by courier, mail or at any of our stores. You can choose to exchange the item or receive a complete refund, including any standard ground shipping charges. We will also refund your return parcel post costs at the ground shipping rate..
* 30 days for Festool, Grex, Rikon, SawStop and Mirka products.

Returning an Item by Courier or Mail
If you would like to return the item(s) by courier or mail, please fill out the reverse side of your packing slip (or use the downloadable Return and Exchange form below) and include it with your return. Print a pre-paid mailing label using the links below, or contact Customer Service to have a label mailed to you. You can choose to return your package to us by UPS or by the postal service, whichever is more convenient for you.

If there are any issues accessing or printing the UPS or Canada Post pre-paid return label, you may choose to pay for the return ground postage and we will reimburse you once your return is processed.
If Canada Post is the only return shipping option available for your specific address, we will process your return once service resumes. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have questions on your return.

- Education Discount Program
Lee Valley recognizes that education is a powerful tool, which is why we proudly offer a 15% discount through our Education Discount Program. The Lee Valley education discount is offered to students enrolled in an accredited woodworking, horticultural, or culinary program, along with course instructors and educational institutions. Non-conventional woodworking schools may also qualify.Ā If you are not certain of your eligibility for the Education Discount Program, please contact us at customerservice@leevalley.com.
The education discount applies to all* regularly priced woodworking, gardening, and kitchen tools and supplies and can only be applied to purchases made during the current school term.

- During the checkout process, in the Order Notes box, mention that it is an Education Discount order. This will place the order on hold so we can apply the discount before processing.Ā
- After completing your order, fill out the Education Discount form below and enter the order number in the Order Information field before submitting. Our Customer Service team will review the form submission and reach out if we require any further information.Ā
Please note that your online order confirmation will not reflect the discounted total. We will apply the discount after reviewing your order and approving your submitted form.Ā

- California Proposition 65
Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was initiated in California. Under this act, a list of chemicals that are known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm is published annually. This list contains more than 900 chemicals that can be found in consumer and industrial products or services, in addition to chemicals that are released into the environment.

As part of this California law, businesses are required to provide warnings for products that contain any listed chemical. As such, the following warning will be included with all orders shipped to the state of California:

- Ad Blocker Extensions
Ad blockers can impact website loading, display, and performance, as well as block scripts that are essential for site functionality. Temporarily disabling ad blockers may improve your website and checkout experience.
General Steps:
