Epoxy adhesives excel in bonding similar and dissimilar, porous and non-porous materials together, including metal, glass, wood, ceramics, tile and concrete. They consist of two components that create a chemical reaction when mixed, causing them to cure into a solid that will form a strong bond between materials. Due to the adhesive strength of epoxy, it is often used for repairs that need to withstand a lot of force or stress. Cure times vary but are usually between 24 and 48 hours, with some quick-cure varieties curing much faster.
