If you already own a Viking Arm assembly jack, this is an excellent companion. Used to extend the jack's reach to about 23 3/4", this kit provides the extra height needed when installing upper cabinets, helping raise the cabinet into position and holding it steady as you drive fasteners.
Made of strong, lightweight fiberglass-reinforced nylon, the jack extension simply slides onto the main shaft and locks in place, supporting up to 110 lb per jack. It has three coarse position stops, letting you add 240mm, 315mm or 390mm (about 9 1/2", 12 3/8" or 15 3/8") to the jack's overall range of travel without interfering with its capacity for fine incremental adjustments.
The kit includes a 4" × 4 1/2" base plate and a 2 3/8" × 4" upper plate. Designed to distribute contact with floors, countertops or cabinets during installation, each is lined with a non-marring slip-resistant pad made of soft but tough TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) to prevent damaging surfaces.
