Description
These 36" unfinished maple dowel rods offer consistent quality for furniture and DIY applications. Maple is prized for its tight grain and resistance to decay, making it a long-lasting choice. It has a uniform color that stains well, or can be clear coated or simply left natural.
At 6% to 8% moisture content, the dowels are accurate to ±1/64". They range in diameter from 1/4" to 2".
If you have humid storage conditions, store your dowel rods in a sealed plastic bag to help prevent warpage and swelling.
