This 36" x 48" plan is complemented with a detailed and well-written instruction book that contains a bill of materials, a cutting list, jig and fixture plans (where necessary), alternative construction notes and suggested finishing techniques.
The beds are easy to build and fit standard-size mattresses. They can be used individually or as traditional bunk beds. There are dual guards for the upper bed and a moveable ladder. The headboards and footboards are sturdily constructed with mortise and tenon joinery for many years of use. The completed beds measure 65" high by 83" long and 43" wide.
