Easy to set up, this jig ensures accurate, repeatable results when making 1/2” and 3/4” box joints using any 1/2” router. To create snug joints every time, the supplied eccentric guide bushing lets you adjust the position of the cutter relative to the template to fine-tune the fit. You can use the jig on a router table, or operate the router freehand, guiding it manually along the template affixed to a stationary workpiece.

Suitable for stock 1/8” to 13/16” thick and 2” to 17 13/16” wide, the fiberglass-reinforced nylon template comes with two side stops, two positioning cams, a 1/2” straight router bit (with 1/2” shank), a guide bushing* (with adjustment pin wrench) and all mounting hardware, as well as an instruction manual.

*Fits base plates with a 1 3/16” through-bore and a 1 3/8” counterbore.
