These jigs allow you to center your knives for sharpening, automatically creating bevels with the same angle on both sides of the blade.
The standard jig can be used to sharpen knives with blades of a minimum length of 2 3/8" and just under 1/2" wide.
The wide jig has a 5 1/2" clamp for stabilizing thin, flexible blades and includes two stops on the handle for sharpening wider knives, such as cleavers.
Both jigs are suitable for blades up to 10mm thick.
