Quantity:

To expand the capability of the Kreg 720 and 720 Pro jig systems, this drilling guide block lets you take advantage of the simplicity and speed of pocket-hole joinery for smaller projects.

Ideal for 1/2" to 3/4" thick material (but also effective in thicker stock), it is used in place of the standard drilling block included with the 720-series jigs. It functions identically but uses a smaller stepped drill that lets you counterbore screws as small as #6 × 3/4" and lets you place two screws closer together, as needed for small-scale work or repairs in tight spots.

In addition to the steel and glass-reinforced nylon drilling block, it comes with a Kreg HSS Easy-Set drill bit and depth collar, as well as a combination hex key and material-thickness gauge. The 6 1/4" long, 19/64" diameter HSS stepped drill bit has a 1/4" hex shank that’s grooved for use in quick-change chucks. For easy, accurate depth settings, simply align the hole in the depth collar with engraved markings on the shank, which indicate the correct settings for 1/2" and 3/4" thick material. Additional stepped drill bits are available separately.
