This digital level greatly simplifies tasks when working in spots where it’s hard to see the level clearly. Pressing the "sound" button triggers a series of beeps that increase in tempo as the level approaches 0° or 90° – a big help when levelling a long beam or adjusting a door jamb or fence post for plumb, for example.
It has two integral vial levels as well as two digital displays – a larger main display on the front and a second display on the top edge. You can also use the hold function to capture a measurement, then remove the level to read it. In addition to the usual functions of checking for level and plumb, it can be used to accurately measure slope, such as when checking drainage grades for landscaping or plumbing.
The main display always reads left to right, even if inverted, and both displays have a backlight for use in dim light. Degree readings are accurate to ±0.1° for level and plumb, and to ±0.2° for all angles in between. Readings can also be given in inches/foot, mm/m or % and can be zeroed for differential measurement.
Ruggedly made from aluminum with a durable powder-coat finish and shock-absorbing end caps to help prevent damage if dropped, it measures 60cm (approx. 23 1/2") long and comes in a nylon carrying case.
