Serrated Paring Knife

Quantity:

Besides its consistent performance, what sets this paring knife apart from others we’ve tried is its specially designed blade that doesn’t need sharpening, even after prolonged use. The blade has micro serrations (four teeth per mm) along the length of the cutting edge and slices easily through soft-fleshed fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes, pears and peaches without tearing; it also excels when cutting cheese and harder fruit, including apples.

Made in France, it is 7 1/2" overall with a 3 1/2" long stainless-steel blade and has a polypropylene handle shaped for a comfortable grip. Dishwasher safe.
