Butter Paddles

Quantity:

When butter is freshly churned, it still contains traces of buttermilk, which if left in excess can cause the butter to spoil more quickly.

These beech butter paddles make it easy to knead, press and shape the butter while the grooved surfaces allow excess buttermilk to drain away.

As an aside, the grooved surfaces also make them well suited for rolling gnocchi.

Supplied as a pair.

Hand wash only.

The paddles are also available in a set with our butter churner.
