Keferloher Beer Stein

This item is not available for this region.

This traditionally crafted stoneware stein is named for a district near Munich where steins like it were sold at market in the 1800s. Formed from white clay native to the Westerwald region, it gets its gray coloring from kiln baking and a salt-glazing process that also produces the distinctive fine-textured finish.

At over 1 lb (615g), the stein feels substantial in the hand, making enjoying a cold drink seem almost like an occasion in itself. The 500ml (16.9 U.S. fl oz) stein won't tip easily and is dishwasher safe.

Made in Germany by a 12th-generation family-owned business, this stein has a simple, unadorned look. Makes a unique gift.
