Made of silicone-coated fiberglass mesh, these mats add an insulating layer to bakeware, protecting against uneven browning. They are reusable and nonstick, removing the hassle of using parchment paper. Designed to fit standard baking sheets, they come in three sizes. The largest size fits a standard cookie sheet and measures 17" × 12 1/4". The half-sheet mat measures 16 1/2" × 11 5/8", and the quarter-sheet size is 11 5/8" × 8".
