This is everything a rain barrel should be. Built to last from heavy-gauge, UV-stable plastic, it has high-quality components throughout. A combination of practical design elements makes it easy to install and use.
With flat sides, the barrel can fit neatly against a wall or inside corner. It can be used with a downspout diverter or simply placed under a downspout, where the sloping lid funnels water into the opening. A fine-mesh stainless-steel screen blocks bugs and debris, and the lid can be secured with four included stainless-steel screws.
The threaded brass faucet is positioned higher than most, with 7 1/2" of clearance below, so it’s easier to fill a watering can without having to install the barrel on a tall base. The overflow spout can be set to either side to direct excess water or connect multiple barrels in tandem (46" overflow hose and connection clamp included).
Measuring 24" square, the barrel stands 34" tall and holds 55 gallons (208 litres). Made in Canada.
