This is an attractive and effective trap for wasps, hornets, yellow jackets and flies. Made in Europe from recycled glass, the heavy walls make it almost shatterproof. Just add lemonade, sweetened iced tea or other sweet liquid and replace the stopper. The insects will fly into the hole in the base and then into the liquid, where they get trapped and eventually drown.
Strong enough to be left outdoors on porches, decks or tables. The trap is 6" × 3 1/2" and comes with a copper loop so it can also be hung from a branch in a fruit tree where insects often congregate and destroy ripe fruit.
