These are the Clydesdales of sawhorses.
Made entirely from heavy-gauge steel with a tough powder-coat finish, they are strong enough to support up to 2600 lb per pair. The 35 1/4" by nearly 3" wide top has a durable high-friction surface to help keep your work from sliding.
Two pairs of fold-out brackets provide additional stock support; the upper brackets offer a convenient way to brace lumber for quick cuts, while the lower brackets can be used to hold sheet stock upright. Locking brackets at each end clamp lumber up to 3 1/2" thick perpendicular to the crossbar. Simply adding a pair of 2×4s or 4×4s spanning two sawhorses forms a sturdy framework that can be used on its own for broad work support or topped with a sheet of plywood to create a temporary work table.
With nine position stops to adjust the overall height in a range from 25" to 32 1/4", the legs have pivoting feet for stability on uneven surfaces and can fold into the body for compact storage or transport.
