Set of 3 Forceps

Quantity:

Commonly known as #7 jeweller’s forceps, these are excellent utility tweezers. The offset jaws afford good visibility and leverage.

They were recommended to us by a local surgeon who has used them for microsurgery and swears by them for gently grasping and extracting embedded ticks. He writes: “The great benefit of the curved tip is that it can be stabilized on the skin and the tip is precisely positioned to grab the tick’s head. The curved blade works like a hammer gently extracting a nail.”

In the shop, they are great for extracting slivers or for accurately plucking errant brush hairs when finishing.

Sold as a set of three at a ridiculously low price, as you’ll likely want them in more than one place. Highly recommended.
