This simple hand-held slicer takes no time to set up and is easy to use, clean and store. It cuts fruits and vegetables quickly and precisely, even slicing neatly through exceptionally hard beets.
The sharp stainless-steel V-blade is adjustable for thickness of slice, and the deck can be flipped over to expose the julienne blade for making matchstick-type cuts.
The soft-grip handle is comfortable to hold, and the wide non-slip foot provides stability in use. The underside is contoured for improved registration on the edge of a bowl. The included plastic hand guard keeps fingers away from sharp edges and has studded surfaces to grip ingredients while pushing them into the blade.
