Y-Peeler

This is the best Y-peeler we’ve tried.

Its two-in-one pivoting cutter is made of stainless steel, with one straight edge for use with tough-skinned vegetables and the other serrated for use with soft-skinned fruit.

Usable in either hand, it has scoop-like projections for jobs such as digging out potato eyes, and its sturdy 4" long polypropylene handle is grooved to permit a controlled grip.

Made in France. A well-designed kitchen essential.
