This easy-to-assemble paper airplane launcher is as educational as it is fun; it lets you explore how different materials and other factors affect the flight of airplanes.
Made of 5mm thick die-cut plywood, it launches planes made of paper, straws, Styrofoam, cardboard or balsa wood (including our own balsa glider) from 3m up to 15m (10' to 50').
You can also use your imagination to combine materials and create your own airplane designs to experiment and discover the best ones for long, return and special trick flights such as a loop-the-loop.
A comprehensive 20-page manual gives detailed assembly instructions, a variety of plane designs to try, plus helpful information about flight and aerodynamics.
The launcher can be built in about half an hour, requiring only glue that you supply. Paper for six planes is included.
Safe for indoor or outdoor use. Adult supervision recommended for children under 14.
