This well-made, lightweight hat is a great choice to keep young adventurers shaded and cool in the outdoors. With a UV protection factor (UPF) of 50 (mesh excluded), it has a 2 1/2" to 3 1/4" long brim and a 5 1/4" long neck veil to protect the face and back of the neck from the sun's harmful rays; mesh panels in the crown let air circulate.

Weighing only 1.8 oz (51g), it packs flat for travel. It has a breakaway chinstrap and a cinch strap on the back for an adjustable fit.
