A TurnSpout solves these problems. It is an adjustable, lockable elbow joint that rotates 360° and lifts or lowers 25°. This allows you to move the downspout out of the way or direct water flow.
Made of high-density polyethylene and rugged ABS plastic, it measures 7" long with 2 1/2" × 2 1/2" and 2 3/4" × 2 3/4" ends. Fits most downspouts. Eight mounting screws included.
