LEE VALLEY TAPE MEASURES

To develop our line of tape measures, we worked with a manufacturer of high-quality tapes to produce right- and left-hand tapes in two lengths. While left-hand tapes solve a persistent problem for left-handed users, they’re also ideal for right-hand cut-off work (just as the inverse is true for right-hand tapes).

We wanted our left-hand versions to be more than just a right-to-left reading tape; we wanted a true left-hand case to match. You’d think it would be easy to put a clip on the other side of the case – well, it isn’t.

For all our tape measures, we used sturdy components throughout, from strong steel tapes with a matte finish for easy reading to rugged ABS cases. The result is a line of tapes we’re pleased to put our name on.

For a limited time, we’re offering multi-tape sets marked in Imperial, metric and combined Imperial/metric units. The obvious advantage to buying several matching tapes is that you can distribute them around the home or workshop, so you can be sure you’ll always find one when you need it.

Sets are available only until March 26; after that date, the tapes will be sold individually.
