Walnut is a much sought-after wood for its aesthetic qualities and durability. Dark in color, these 36" unfinished walnut dowel rods offer consistent quality for furniture and DIY applications. They can be clear coated or simply left natural, as these are the best ways to display their natural color and grain pattern.
At 6% to 8% moisture content, the dowels are accurate to ±1/64". They range in diameter from 1/4" to 1 1/4".
If you have humid storage conditions, store your dowel rods in a sealed plastic bag to help prevent warpage and swelling.
