With this router bit you can give trim a no-drip edge that joins the counter smoothly, is easy to maintain, and is just as effective as the post-formed type.
Our professional/industrial grade bits have tungsten carbide inserts ground on CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machines using 600x diamond wheels. Tungsten carbide maintains its hardness at high temperatures and holds an edge far longer than high-carbon or high-speed steels. The bit bodies have a non-stick coating for easy resin removal.
The no-drip edge bit has a body diameter of 1”. The depth is 1 1/8”, the shank diameter is 1/2" and the radius is 1/4”.
It includes an advanced polymer friction-fit holder that can be mounted horizontally or upright.
Uses a 3/4” × 1/4” replacement bearing (available separately).
