Traditional and Contemporary Hope Chest Plans

Each of these 36" × 48" plans is complemented with a detailed and well-written instruction book that contains a bill of materials, a cutting list, jig and fixture plans (where necessary), alternative construction notes and suggested finishing techniques.

The two plans include a traditional chest that sits square to the floor and a contemporary design with an inlaid front. When complete, the traditional chest measures 18" high by 44" wide and 19" deep; the contemporary chest measures 21" high by 47" wide and 17" deep.
