This 36" × 48" plan is complemented with a detailed and well-written instruction book that contains a bill of materials, a cutting list, jig and fixture plans (where necessary), alternative construction notes and suggested finishing techniques.

This rocking chair with a baby cradle extension has historical roots in both Shaker and Windsor chair designs. A project that can easily become a family heirloom. When complete, this rocker measures 45" high by 52" wide and 20" deep.
