The fine laser-etched markings stand out clearly against the matte black anodized finish, with one edge that reads right to left and the other left to right. All scales are graduated in millimetre increments.
Cut from a solid aluminum extrusion, this 600mm rule is 1 1/4" wide. To avoid parallax errors, the edges are tapered and lie within 0.01" of the stock surface, supported by small raised feet set back from each edge. This clearance ensures markings will not be smudged by the rule.
