These knee pad inserts fit Herock medium-weight and heavyweight pants. Both pant styles have integral pockets to accommodate them.
The knee pads measure 8 1/4" × 6 1/2" × 3/4" thick. Made of closed-cell foam, each pad weighs just over an ounce, with an articulated design that easily conforms to the flexed knee yet flattens out again when you stand. Far less obtrusive and restrictive than conventional strapped knee pads, they make kneeling more comfortable and ensure dry knees on damp ground.
