Ravioli Mold

This item is not available for this region.

No matter what level your pasta-making skills may be, this mold lets you make ravioli that are virtually perfect every time.

It has 24 deeply cupped recesses designed to hold just the right amount of filling, so it won’t squeeze out or tear the pasta. The mold has raised edges that are tall enough to score and seal the pasta layers without crushing when the wooden roller is passed over it. A quick lift and turn of the mold releases the ravioli, yielding two dozen 1 1/2" ravioli pieces at a time.

Made in Italy of die-cast aluminum, it measures 12 1/2" × 4 3/4" and has slip-resistant feet for stability.

A prized addition to any collection of pasta tools.
