Pastry Brush

Quantity:

At first glance, this pastry brush may not seem impressive, but if you look a little closer you will notice its thick bundle of fine bristles.

Made of nylon, they hold a good amount of glaze, egg wash, water or butter, and baste evenly without tearing your pastry. Anchored securely to the brush head to prevent shedding, these bristles stay put better than the average pastry brush.

At 7 3/4" long overall with a 1 3/4" wide head, the brush fits well in the hand, and the mid-length bristles give you excellent control.
