Steel Mortise Locks

The round-end case mechanism on these distance-to-pin locks makes them particularly suited for installation using a router, or by sequential drilling of 1 1/8" dia. holes, just shy of 3/8" deep. All steel construction, weathered, with a 3/16" × 15/16" tongue. Each is held in place by four round-head #4 screws, not included.

All locks have a width of 2 3/4" and a selvedge and case depth of 5/8".

• The 1 3/8" deep lock has a 5/8" (15mm) distance to pin



• The 1 1/2" deep lock has a 13/16" (20mm) distance to pin



• The 1 11/16" deep lock has a 1" (25mm) distance to pin



• The 1 7/8" deep lock has a 1 3/16" (30mm) distance to pin



• The 2 1/8" deep lock has a 1 3/8" (35mm) distance to pin



• The 2 5/16" deep lock has a 1 5/8" (40mm) distance to pin
