The long-handled version has tines that spread from 7 1/2" to 22" wide, and a handle that telescopes to 64" long and compacts to just 31" for storage. Made largely from steel, it can be used for raking leaves and long grass, cleaning up around shrubs, dethatching small patches of lawn, etc.
The short-handled rake extends your reach when sitting or kneeling. With an aluminum handle and steel tines that fan from 4 1/2" to 12" wide, it is 29" long when extended and it compacts to 21".
