Indoor 4-Watt White LED Downlight
Offering a range of possibilities for customized accent and task lighting, this low-profile light is straightforward to install in both inset and surface-mounted applications.
Available in warm or natural white, the fully dimmable 4W chip-on-board (COB) LED emits a wide-angle beam of even, diffuse illumination. The warm white LED downlight emits 375 lumens with a color temperature of 2700 kelvin, and the natural white LED emits 400 lumens at 4000 kelvin. Each is about as bright as a conventional 40W incandescent bulb, yet produces very little heat.
The light comes pre-fitted with a 36" lead wire so it's easy to connect in single or multi-light arrangements, or combine with the other forms of 12V DC LED lighting we offer (standard wire, connectors and other components available separately).
For inset applications, the light press-fits into a 2 1/4" diameter recess, held firmly by integral spring clips (no fasteners or adhesive needed) with the 2 3/4" diameter housing sitting just 1/16" proud of the surface. An included trim ring lets you mount the light directly onto a surface without having to drill a recess.
The LED housing and matching trim ring project 5/8" and are made of aluminum with a matte white, matte black or brushed steel finish. CSA, cETLus and cUL listed. Installation instructions included.
White LED lighting requires a 12VDC power supply with enough wattage to suit the intended application and some wiring. While not required, you may want to add a dimmer or an on/off switch.
