Playwood Connectors

As the name suggests, these knock-down connectors let you build useful things from plywood or other panel stock in a fun, creative way, much like how you may have used construction playsets when you were a kid.

Incredibly versatile, they let you create your own furniture and other sturdy structures without nails, screws or glue. Used with nominal 3/4" plywood or any panel material 16mm to 19mm (about 5/8" to 3/4") thick that you supply, the connectors clamp the panels firmly in place yet permit easy disassembly, so you can reuse and reconfigure all parts – connectors and panels – as often as you wish.

Supplied in packages of four, they come in three colors and three joint angles so you're not limited to four-sided shapes.

The pictorial instructions provide a wide range of suggested designs that you can build, adapt or use as inspiration to spark your own ideas.

For tightening and loosening the connectors, each package comes with a hex key – the only tool you need besides your own inventiveness.
