Well made and reliable, this is an excellent oil mister.
It sprays evenly and consistently for good coverage, and lets you control the amount of oil you use, whether you’re coating a pan or dressing a salad. Simply pumping the plunger a few times builds enough pressure for a steady spray.
It can be used with most cooking oils, including olive, safflower, canola, vegetable and sesame oil (although oils that solidify at room temperature or have flavorings suspended in them should not be used).
Leaving space for pressurizing the mister, the 7 3/4" tall, 2 1/8" diameter mister holds about 6 oz (177ml) of oil. Made of stainless steel and plastic with a rubber gasket.
